 At the begin we watched a presentation about European chemical companies in Korea.

Our guest Mr. Herve Studer is Ethical Business Unit Director at Sanofis, a French company for pharmacy.

Sanofi is a global integrated healthcare leader focused on patient’s needs engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, also concentrate vaccine and recently take over the business of cenovis.

The guest told about what he does in the company.

His job is introducing new medicine and vaccine to doctors of hospitals.

To make doctors to use their products are very important and difficult at the same time. They have to explain well about the effect of their products and persuade doctors. Even though they try, it's very hard, because there are many competitors in the market.

He also mentioned about developing drugs and side effect of drugs.

To develop some new drugs makes corporations spend time and money too much. He explained that drugs not only are good for the patient, but also have some side effect. For example, many people know that the Aspirin has an effect on heart attack and headache. But it can cause a vomit or liver injury.

We, our team, asked some questions that we wondered when we prepared the presentation. We asked about effect of antibiotic on livestock and difference of vaccine in hospital or public health care center. He answered with kindness.
